"Dog Face Up" is an inspiring practice space created by the inhabitants of the Baltic Pearl. We have been working since 2016.
We specialize in yoga and fitness of the new formation. These are practices that unite body and mind, take care of yourself without comparison with others, and a traumatic race for results. The emphasis here shifts from the question “How do I look?
"to the question" How do I feel?
". This is an approach for those who value life as a process and want to be successful and sustainable at all stages.
We have two spacious rooms, one of which is equipped with air yoga hammocks. The halls are designed for groups of up to 10 and up to 6 people, the average attendance is now 4-6 people. We believe that a small group size is essential for a comfortable and effective practice.
We are developing our own small eco-market. It has a small but very special assortment: natural cosmetics from India and local production, tea and healthy sweets, herbs and honey, essential oils and incense. Combining a store with a studio allows us to keep prices below the city average - buying from us is really profitable.
There is a children's room with a nanny in the studio: you can leave the child while attending a lesson or shopping in our eco-market - and it will be free. The room is equipped with a unique Waldorf-style playground for children. The complex is made by hand from natural wood, equipped with a slide, a house and a table with benches. The room accepts children from 3 years old who are ready to take a positive attitude to let their mother go for an hour and a half.
